Self-Cure Acrylic (Instant)
Self-curing acrylic powder is produced from high molecular weight Methyl Methacrylate in polymer chain structure and particle size below 60 microns. The primer and stabilizer are added to the powder composition and the catalyst is added to monomer composition to perform a chemical reaction between the powder and the liquid. The ratio of combination is 5 grams of monomer to 10 grams of powder
Tray Acrylic
Tray acrylic powder is based on Methyl Methacrylate polymer with combination of mineral materials and peroxide. The monomer has an additive of primer and organic oil to prevent more adhesion to the gypsum cast as well as ease during forming . Tray Acrylic is self-cure and use with the ratio of 5 grams of liquid to 10 grams of powder

This product is produced in accordance with the ISO20795: 2013 standard and the quality of the prosthesis made of this material are much higher than press method
