Dental Casting Flask

Casting technique acrylic curing is carried out in special plastic flasks made of high-strength polymers, resistant up to 3.5–4 bar air pressure.

This modern technique is an effective alternative to traditional flasking in removable denture fabrication.
Acrylic powder and liquid with low viscosity are poured into the flask, followed by autopolymerization in the pressure pot at 50–55 °C.
