Cristal tooth is a three-layer product produced through a three-step curing process. It is composed of inorganic fillers with particle sizes ranging from 1 to 20 microns, combined with organic solvents under controlled temperature and pressure. The bonding between layers—especially in dentin and cusp regions composed of separate materials—is of critical importance. To reinforce this bond, adhesive and strengthening resins are employed, resulting in enhanced durability and mechanical performance in the interlayer regions.
