Beta Film – Separating Liquid

Beta Film is a water-based separating solution that prevents acrylic from bonding to gypsum casts during prosthesis fabrication.

When applied to a dry and cooled cast, it creates a thin, uniform, and stable layer that avoids gypsum residue on dentures and teeth, improving final surface quality and reducing polishing damage.

For optimal performance, Beta Film should be applied after the cast is completely dried and cooled. Moisture or heat causes the solution to penetrate or gel inside the cast, leading to thick, unstable, and poor-quality layers. The quality of this solution has a direct effect on the final durability and appearance of dentures.
