Amarock Artificial Teeth

Amarock tooth is composed of advanced composite resins containing nanosilicate fillers with an average particle size of about 40 nm. The fillers are hydrophobic and surface-coated with special monomers to strengthen molecular chain bonding and improve structural cohesion. The presence of nanosilicate-rich layers significantly enhances wear resistance. This product also provides high compressive and tensile strength, ensuring long-term occlusal stability.

As artificial teeth must withstand mechanical wear and stress to maintain chewing function and denture durability, Amarock is designed to prevent issues such as decreased occlusal contact, anterior ridge resorption, and temporomandibular joint dysfunction. To achieve this, Amarock is reinforced with cross-linked resins for maximum strength and performance.

Its biological properties are evaluated according to ISO 10993, mechanical testing complies with ISO 22112, and color stability is verified under ISO 7491 standards, all tested and confirmed with advanced laboratory equipment.
