Acrylic fibers are designed with antistatic properties to prevent pigment aggregation in localized areas of dentures during flasking. To achieve natural gingival aesthetics, organic pigments and artificial fibers are added. These fibers are pre-mixed with the acrylic powder in a uniform and standardized manner during production.
