Acrosun Casting (Pouring) Acrylic

The casting acrylic is formulated with PMMA powder and organic fillers, combined with polymeric nanoparticles to enhance mechanical properties such as strength and flowability. The powder also contains an initiator and pigments. The casting monomer is composed of MMA, reactive amines, and cross-linking agents. Acrylic pouring is used for the fabrication and repair of gingival prostheses. This low-viscosity polymer is poured into flasks and polymerized under pressure at 55 °C in a pressure pot.
